Imperial Flexible Films were created as a collaboration between Ace Packaging Solutions, LLC and a state of the art film manufacturer in Asia. The ISO 9001 certified factory has been producing quality films since 2004 using the latest, double bubble extrusion technology.

Our Jinming Machine advantages include:

• 32 – 36 bolt set on die-head for gauge control of +/- 1 micron
• Our bubble is dually cooled with water on the outside and wind on the inside for fast cooling, resulting in the best film optics

Our initial offerings include three specially formulated blends unique to Imperial Flexible Films. These three current “stock” blends provide a broad offering to wrap any product.

• Imperial SP film uses cross -linked technology for superior strength.
• Imperial LE film is our low energy, or soft shrink film
• Imperial EF is an economy film for extreme price savings in many applications
